If you have deposited one full copy of your e-thesis and it has not been possible to remove third party copyright material, your thesis will be stored in perpetuity in a non-public area of the repository.

Final e-Thesis submission is required for the final, corrected copy of the thesis to GPS. Please note: You can submit your final e-thesis at anytime, but a final e-thesis will NOT be considered submitted to GPS until it has been approved online by the supervisor(s). Students are strongly encouraged to upload their final e-theses for online supervisor approval well in advance of the ; otherwise the final e-thesis may be approved too late for the intended date of graduation.

If you have indicated that your e-thesis can be made available immediately (i.e. no access restrictions, no third party copyright material), your e-thesis will be made available a short time after your award date.As well as the information available on the website, the Library also runs training sessions where we go over the issues pertaining to e-theses and can answer queries and discuss issues with you. These sessions are organised through .All the text fragments, graphs, tables, illustrations, photograph etc… on E-thesis support the argumentation of the scientific research. They are provided (as far as this is possible) with the necessary bibliographic references. If the author and/or claimant has objection against the use of a citation from his/her work or if, unintentionally, a disturbing error appears in the work, the people concerned should contact us. The citation in question will be immediately adapted or removed.
